Shipping policy

**Due to COVID-19 we may experience minor delays in order processing.**

At Sandalwood & Vine all of our shipping rates and methods can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, when applicable, this notification will include a tracking number.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is very important that you make sure everything on your order is correct before you finalize the order.

Local Pickup

In-store pickup is available on Wednesday and Friday, from 12pm-6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding pickup.
